Executive Chef Hervé Glin Showcases Culinary Artistry at Taste of Tennis

PGA WEST® Executive Chef Hervé Glin was among the Coachella Valley’s premier chefs participating in Taste of Tennis, an annual epicurean and tennis lifestyle event heralding the return of the BNP Paribas Open at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. The highly attended affair took place the evening of March 4, 2024 at the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort & Spa.

Hosted by Tennis Channel commentator and former ATP star Nick Monroe, the highly-attended affair featured the culinary artistry of more than 20 talented chefs, signature cocktails and music curated by DJ Danny Castillo. Tennis stars in attendance included Alexander Zverev,  Paula Badosa, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Qinwen Zheng, Emma Navarro, Jakub Menšík and many more. Proceeds for the evening benefitted Shay’s Warriors Life After Cancer, a local non-profit serving cancer survivors and their loved ones.



Chef Glin has participated in the Taste of Tennis for the past five years and enjoys the opportunity to come together with his colleagues and wow partygoers with a mélange of fabulous flavors. This year’s menu featured delicious Meatloaf Sliders with Banana Ketchup and Herb Chive Cream with Peppered Asian Slaw.
